The Dirt/Grading Superintendent oversees earthwork and site-development operations from kickoff through completion for Dirt Works Unlimited. This role manages grading crews and equipment, ensures work follows plans and specs, maintains production and quality standards, and supports day-to-day operations on commercial, residential, municipal, and industrial projects.
The Pipe Superintendent is responsible for supervising underground utility installation for Dirt Works Unlimited, including water mains, sanitary sewer, storm sewer, and related structures. This role coordinates pipe crews and equipment, ensures compliance with plans and specifications, maintains safety and production, and supports daily utility installation on commercial, residential, municipal, and industrial projects.
The Site Development Estimator for Dirt Works Unlimited is responsible for preparing accurate, competitive bids/proposals for site-work, excavation, utility installation, grading, and land-development projects. This role requires analyzing project plans, performing take-offs, estimating costs for labor, equipment, materials, subcontractors, and producing proposals that reflect scope, schedule, and any special site conditions.
The Heavy Equipment Operator at Dirt Works Unlimited operates various types of heavy machinery to execute earthwork, excavation, grading, soil compaction, site-preparation, and utility-installation tasks across commercial, industrial, and municipal projects. The operator works to specifications and under direction to convert site plans into functioning groundwork.
The Site Development Laborer supports heavy equipment operators and site crews in earthwork, land clearing, site preparation, utility installation, grading, finishing tasks, and general labor duties for a variety of site development projects — including municipal, commercial, and industrial projects carried out by Dirt Works Unlimited.
